CONSTITUTION: When a card having monetary value information stored is inserted into a pickup means 3 of a device 1, the card is brought into the realization apparatus 1 by the pickup means 13 to be sent into a card storage means 14. Then, while the card is brought in to be carried to the storage means 14, information note comprising a magnetic head and a reading means are arranged to read various pieces of information written, for example, the monetary value information is read out. A monetary value to be paid is displayed by a monetary value display means 4 based on the monetary value information read. Then, a first coin dispenser 15 and first and second currency dispensers 16 and 17 are operated to discharge money to discharge the currency to first and second currency receiving ports 7 and 8.
