Abstract:

To provide a lithium battery whose electrical conductivity can be reduced when a temperature of the lithium battery rises.

A lithium battery comprises a first plate, a second plate and a separator. The first plate is composed of a plurality of electrode material layers stacked on one another. At least one of the electrode material layers contains a thermal activation material. The separator is disposed between the first plate and the second plate.
