Title:
リチウムイオン電池の制御装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4114237
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely short deactivated cells in an assembled battery without making complicated maintenance work. SOLUTION: An assembled battery 10 is constituted by connecting in series a plurality of lithium ion cells C1-Cn using copper in a negative current collector, a deactivation state of the cells C1-Cn is detected, and AC voltage is applied to the cell whose deactivation is detected. The growth of a dendrite between positive and negative electrodes of the deactivated cell is accelerated, and the deactivated cell is shorted without use of an outside jumper.
