To prevent delamination or non-lamination caused by the difference in degrees of shrinkage generating when green sheets of a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer and a negative electrode layer, consisting of materials having different coefficients of thermal expansion are laminated and baked as a whole, in a multilayer all solid lithium ion secondary battery.
The green sheets are formed by adding a sintering aid to each raw material powder of the positive electrode layer, the solid electrolyte layer and the negative electrode layer. The degree of shrinkage of each green sheet is controlled so that it becomes almost same by setting the adding ratio of a sintering aid and the sintering temperature. Delamination or the like can be prevented.
