Abstract:
To provide a lithium recovery method in which lithium can effectively be recovered from a lithium ion and nickel ion-containing acidic solution without greatly increasing the cost required for recovery of lithium.SOLUTION: The lithium recovery method of the present invention is a method of recovering lithium by removing nickel from an acidic solution containing at least lithium ions and nickel ions. A calcium salt is added to the acidic solution to neutralize the acidic solution and precipitate nickel, followed by subjecting to solid-liquid separation to yield a nickel-removed neutralized rear liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
