PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel lithium salt complex compound.SOLUTION: There is provided a lithium salt complex compound (provided that a combination of the same compounds are excluded) which comprises: when a substituent such as a halogen atom is defined as a substituent L, one lithium salt selected from the group consisting of a lithium phosphate salt A1 having a substituent L directly bonded to a P atom, a lithium borate salt B1 having the substituent L directly bonded to a B atom, a lithium sulfonate salt C1 having the substituent L directly bonded to an S atom, a lithium sulfate salt having the substituent L directly bonded to an S atom and a sulfonylimidic acid lithium salt having the substituent L directly bonded to an S atom; and one lithium-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a lithium phosphate salt A2 having a fluorine atom directly bonded to a P atom, a lithium borate salt B2 having a fluorine atom directly bonded to a B atom and a lithium sulfonate salt C2 having a fluorine atom directly bonded to an S atom.SELECTED DRAWING: None
