PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel lithium salt complex compound.SOLUTION: There is provided a lithium salt complex compound composed of one lithium salt selected from a lithium sulfonate salt, a lithium sulfate salt and a sulfonylimidic acid lithium salt and one compound selected from the compound group represented by the formulas (I) to (IV) (Rto Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which can be substituted with a halogen atom, an alkoxy group which can be substituted with a halogen atom, an alkenyl group which can be substituted by a halogen atom, an alkynyl group or an aryl group which can be substituted with a halogen atom or the like; Rto Reach independently represents an alkyl group which can be substituted with a halogen atom, alkenyl group which can be substituted by a halogen atom, an alkynyl group or an aryl group which can be substituted with a halogen atom or the like; and Rand R, Rand R, Rand R, Rand R, Rand R, Rand Ror Rand Rmay integrally represent an alkylene group or the like.).SELECTED DRAWING: None
