Abstract:
To provide a lithium(Li) secondary battery which can prevent the growth of Li dendrite, and which can reduce the volume change of a Li anode during a charge-discharge cycle.SOLUTION: A Li secondary battery has: a Li buffer layer compressed between a Li metal anode and an electrolyte of a battery cell; and a porous structure arranged between the Li metal anode and a collector of a battery cell. The Li buffer layer is effective in preventing uncontrollable dendrite growth. The porous structure layer is effective for conducting the place of Li precipitation. According to this, the volume change of a Li anode during a charge-discharge cycle of the lithium secondary battery can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
