Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery capable of preventing a short circuit due to generation of dendrite from a lithium negative electrode, having high energy density and an excellent charge-discharge cycle characteristic, and high in stability and safety.
SOLUTION: This lithium secondary battery negative electrode member is so structured that a lithium film and an inorganic solid electrolyte film are formed on a substrate by stacking them. The lithium secondary battery negative electrode member is characterized by that the inorganic solid electrolyte contains lithium, phosphorous, sulfur and oxygen, and is expressed by a composition formula aLi-bP-cS-dO, wherein Li is lithium; P is phosphorous; S is sulfur; and O is oxygen; and composition ranges of the respective elements satisfy 0.20≤a≤0.45, 0.10≤b≤0.20, 0.35≤c≤0.60 and 0.03≤d≤0.13 (a+b+c+d=1). The lithium film preferably contains 1-10 atom% of oxygen.
