The lithium secondly cell is equipped with a positive electrode made of a composite active substance composed of a composite oxide particle containing lithium as an activate substance, and carbon material particles functioning as a conductive member that is mechanically adhered to a particle surface of the composite oxide containing lithium, in which an averaged diameter is 2/1000 or less than that for the composite oxide containing lithium, is adhered a positive electrode through an adhering agent.
