In a manufacturing method for a lithographic printing plate, a lithographic printing original plate has an image acceptable layer including a binding resin containing a composite with an organic polymer containing anatase-type titanium oxide grains and organic metal polymer and a group capable of forming a hydrogen bonding with the organic metal polymer on the water resistance carrier, a contact angle of 25° or more with water on the surface of the layer, and a contact angle of 15° or less with water on the surface after the irradiation of UV rays, and after a coloring image is formed on the image acceptable layer, UV rays are irradiated on an entirety of the image acceptable layer so that a lithographic printing plate is made by converting a nonimage part in a hydrophilic surface state accepting no printing ink.
