To enable a lithographic printing plate material to be repeatedly used by recycling the material and to further shorten an image writing time and a plate recycling time occupying in a printing step in the recyclable material having a photosensing layer containing a photocatalyst, a method for manufacturing the same and a printer.
The lithographic printing plate material 5 comprises a layer containing the photocatalyst. An image can be written by an active light having a larger energy than the band gap energy of the photocatalyst, and a lithographic printing plate can be manufactured without wet developing. The plate can be repeatedly recycled and used. The material 5 further comprises: a base material 1; the photosensitive layer 3 containing the photocatalyst reacting with the light; and an intermediate layer 2 containing two or more types of oxide semiconductors and interposed between the material 1 and the layer 3 to improve the charge separating efficiency of the layer 3.
