Abstract:
To provide a lithographic printing plate material for a CTP system which is excellent in on-press developability and also in plate wear resistance, scumming in a long-time storage and flaw smudging in a non-image area, and a printing method.
In the lithographic printing plate material which has on a base a hydrophilic layer containing a photothermal conversion agent and a thermal image forming layer in this sequence from the base side, spherical cellulose particles of which the average particle diameter is 3-20 μm are contained in the hydrophilic layer.
