To provide a waterless lithographic printing plate precursor which is prevented from the scratching of the non-image portion during the development processing step and the printing step to solve the problem of the ink stain on prints.
The lithographic printing plate precursor requiring no dampening water is obtained by sequentially stacking at least a light-to-heat conversion layer and a silicone rubber layer on a support, wherein the support is a support subjected to corona discharge treatment in an amount of 0.01-0.12 kW/m2/min, and the light-to-heat conversion layer directly provided on the support contains carbon black having a dibutyl phthalate (DBP) oil absorption value of ≥111 ml/100 g or carbon black having an average particle size of primary particle of 25-75 nm.
