To shorten a live garbage processing time by a method wherein one passage of a heat exchanger communicates with a drying container, the other passage communicates with a heating passage at a bottom part, a gas discharging cylinder is connected to the heating passage at a bottom part, a combustion chamber and the drying container communicate with each other by a returning passage and a suction fan is arranged at the returning passage at a side of the combustion chamber.
One passage A of a heat exchanger 5 and a drying container 6 communicate to each other by a heating air supplying passage 10. An upstream side of a bonut-shaped bottom part heating passage 13 formed at a bottom part of the drying container 6 communicates with the other passage B of the heat exchanger 5, and its downstream end communicates with the gas discharging cylinder 15 having a discharging port 14 at its extremity end. Then, a returning passage 11 for use in communicating the combustion chamber 6 with the drying container 6 is arranged within the gas discharging cylinder 15, and a suction fan 12 is installed in the returning passage 11 at a side of the combustion chamber 3. With such an arrangement as above, a drying efficiency of the live garbage is high and the processing of the live garbage can be completed in a short period of time.
