PURPOSE: To achieve higher adhesion holding force between an output base body and an adhesive pad by making rugged a rugged surface between the output base body having an output electrode arranged on the bottom surface thereof and the adhesive pad.
CONSTITUTION: A surface on which an electroconductive painted layer 12 of a metal plate 11 is printed is made rugged finely. A surface on the side of the metal plate 11 of the electroconductive painted layer 12 is formed in such a shape as to match a rugged surface of the metal plate 11 while a plurality of cylindrical protrusions 12b with a convex outer circumferential surface are formed on the opposite side to the metal plate 11. Then, a printing is performed so that this surface makes a rugged surface 12a as a whole, As pad parts 14 and 15 are soft being made of a water-containing substance, an adhesive surface on the side of an output electrode is deformed into a shape to match the rugged surface 12a of the electroconductive painted layer 12 and stuck on the entire surface of the rugged surface 12a. This enables increase in the adhesion strength between the adhesive pad and the adhesive surface thereby preventing the adhesive pad from remaining in a living body in the removal thereof after the use of the pad.
