To provide an LNG gasifying apparatus, which does not discard cold heat in gasifying LNG to the atmosphere, the ocean, etc., and does not require the energy for producing warm water, and can produce ice without using a compressor, and does not solidify a heating medium for gasifying LNG on the heat transfer surface of an LNG evaporator.

The LNG gasifying apparatus comprises an LNG branching line 5 for dividing part of a flow of LNG from an LNG storage portion toward an evaporating equipment RG-1 for gasifying LNG, an LNG evaporator E-1 which is arranged in the LNG branching line 5, and receives gas refrigerant as a heating medium for evaporating LNG, and discharges liquid refrigerant condensed by exchanging heat with LNG, a liquid refrigerant line 7 for flowing the liquid refrigerant discharged from the LNG evaporator E-1, an ice producing apparatus I-1 which is arranged in the liquid refrigerant line 7, and receives water as a heating medium for evaporating the liquid refrigerant, and produces the ice solidified by exchanging heat with the liquid refrigerant, and a gas refrigerant line 8 for guiding the gas refrigerant discharged from the ice producing unit I-1 to the LNG evaporator E-1.
