To provide an LNG vaporizer that can suppress icing to a heat transfer tube, can be used continuously, and enables cold heat after LNG vaporization to be utilized with zero waste.
An LNG vaporizer 310 is used for a power generation unit 2 provided with an inlet channel 301 through which sea water used as cooling water for a condenser 103 for turning steam from a turbine 102 back to water flows, and includes an LNG inlet 311 into which LNG flows, a heat transfer tube 312 for vaporizing LNG that flows in from the LNG inlet 311 by heat exchange, and an NG outlet 313 through which NG vaporized by the heat transfer tube 312 flows out. The outer surface of the heat transfer tube 312 comes in contact with sea water that flows through the inlet channel 301.
