Abstract:

PURPOSE: To deal with variation of a water level by combining detection of water level with flow adjustment control, and adding or subtracting a correcting flow corresponding to deviation of a water level to or from the set flow value of flow adjustment control so as to control a load.
CONSTITUTION: When deviation between a set water level value V11 and an actual water level value V12 exceeds a dead zone V3, the interval correcting time of an interval correcting part 21 is set so as to output after the lapse of a decided time. Next a flow value to be corrected in this case is set as a correcting flow value V21. Next when the state of a water level over the dead zone V3 is continued over the set correcting interval time, the correcting flow value V21 is output to a correcting part 22. When deviation between the water level values 11, 12 is positive, the correcting flow value V21 is added, and in case of negative, it is subtracred and output to an computing element 23. Further, the value computed for flow correction out of the value of a set flow memory part 25 and a computed correcting flow value is sent to the memory part 25, so as to renew the set flow value. Hereby, the flow value can be automatically renewed according to a water level, and a water-wheel generator can be stably operated.
