Abstract:
To provide a bearing wall structure which transmits a stress applied to a column-beam frame to a bearing wall and can effectively act the bearing wall, and a construction method of the bearing wall structure.SOLUTION: An earthquake resistant wall structure includes an earthquake resistant wall 21 arranged in a column-beam frame. In the column-beam frame, a holding member whose ends are buried in a beam 11 and a column 15 is arranged so as to straddle a connection part of the beam 11 and the column 15. On both sides of the holding member, two earthquake resistant walls 21 are held. Between the earthquake resistant wall 21 and the column-beam frame, a contact unit 30 is provided. The contact unit 30 includes a bag 35 filled with a filler which transmits a stress based on a horizontal load applied to the column-beam frame to the earthquake resistant wall 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
