A conveyor 7 capable of conveying a load in the forward and backward directions and a pair of left and right links 5 being parallel with the conveyor 7 below it are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction on a carrier 2 on which a running mechanism 8 is loaded while rear end parts are supported so that front end parts can be inclined in the vertical direction, respectively. A work base 4 is positioned in a front end part of the carrier 2, and an upper end part and a lower end part of the work base 4 are supported in a front end part of the conveyor 7 and a front end part of each link 5. Terminal parts of a pair of left and right cylinder mechanisms 6 are supported below the conveyor 7 on the carrier 2, and tip parts of rods 60 in each cylinder mechanism 6 are connected with tip parts of the conveyor 7, respectively.
