PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a footstool not to disturb loading when it is not used by rotatably pivoting one end edge of a footstool at the lower part of the inner side of a side wall, rotatably pivoting one end of a support leg to the other end edge of the footstool, supporting the footstool almost parallel to a floor by the support leg when it is used, and superposing the footstool and the support leg when it is not used, for fixing to the inner side of the wall. SOLUTION: In a load-carrying platform furnishing side walls at both sides of a floor, one end edge of a footstool 22 is pivoted rotatably at the lower part of the inner side of the side wall through a hinge 24, one end of a support leg 26 which is composed of an angular ring is pivoted rotatably to the other end edge of the footstool, and the footstool 22 is supported by the support leg 26 to make the footstool 22 almost parallel to the floor in the using time, while the footstool 22 and the support leg 26 are superposed in the unusing time, so as to fix them to the inner side of the side wall.
