Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell balance, equipped with a calibrator in which the leverage of a force increasing lever can be stabilized and calibrated accurately, and accurate weighting is ensured, by preventing the force increasing lever from interfering with the load cell at the time of weighing.
SOLUTION: A calibration weight 22 is secured integrally to one end side of a force increasing lever 21, and at calibration time, a load-acting part 29a engages with a load receiving part 30a to couple the force increasing lever 21 with a load cell 11. Through the action of the weight load in the direction of gravity, increased force of the load of the weight 22 is generated at the engaging point P6 of the load acting part 29a and the load-receiving part 30a formed between the weight 22 and a fulcrum P4, i.e., the other end side of the force increasing lever 21, and is transmitted to the load cell 11. At non- calibration time, the load acting part 29a is disengaged from the load receiving part 30a, to uncouple the force increasing lever 21 from the load cell 11.
