Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate a base and to reduce assembling manhour by fixing one ends of plural load cells to the periphery of the lower face of a tray and disposing legs on the other ends of the load cells to project them downward. CONSTITUTION:An edge part to be protruded downward is formed on the periphery of the tray 7. Then four load cells 9 are provided and one ends of the cells 9 are fixed to the four corners of the lower face of the tray 7 with fixing volts 10. On the other hand, the adjusting legs 11 protruded downward are fixed to the other ends of the cells 9 so that their positions can be freely adjusted. The height of a floor face is controlled by adjusting the height of the legs 11, and when an article is set up on the tray 7 at the time of weighing the article, the load of the article is shared to the four legs 9 to output measuring values. Namely, the outputs of the cells 9 are amplified by an amplifier and converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter and the digital signal is transferred to a balance main body, computed and converted into a weight value, which is displayed on a display part.
