Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell type weighing machine capable of displaying the weight of a load equally when a plurality of weights as loads during "weighing machine" inspection and a weighed object in actual use exist at a center or at both ends of a placement board and in course of movement between these.
SOLUTION: The load cell type weighing machine comprises a rectangular placement board 1 supported at its four corners by digital load cells DLC1-DLC4. When the load is the weight, a case that the weight is placed at the center, at one end or at the other end of the placement board and a case that it is moved among these placement positions are determined from a ratio Pfs of a load FS as the ratio of the weight load to the weighing capacity of the load cell type weighting machine and two-corner distribution ratio α as the distribution of the weight load to the longitudinal direction of the placement board, a two-corner correction value WE appropriate to each case is calculated, a gross output value WN of the load cells DLC1-DLC4 is corrected, and the weight W is displayed equally independently of the placement positions.
