Title:
LOAD CONDITION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3635605
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a malfunction, and improve reliability by arranging rotary fillers on respective supports, and detecting a cargo height and dislocation of a load condition when the optical axis is cut off when the fillers rotate by contacting with a cargo.
SOLUTION: A support 23 is a hollow square bar, and is composed of a member having a lengthwise directional hollow part, and a first shaft 28 protrusively arranged on an under surface of a filler installing member 27 is inserted into the hollow part, and a filler 25 rotates with the shaft center of the first shaft 28 as the rotational center. A rectangular pipe 34 enclosing a light sensor on its upper surface is fixed to the filler installing member 27, and the first shaft 28 is inserted into and held by the support 23. A stopper 35 where a protrusive part 36 is formed in a top part is fixed to an outer periphery of the support 23, and the protrusive part 36 is inserted into a straight line part 33 on the starting end and the tail end of a spring 31. A light projecting sensor 37 and a light receiving sensor 38 are oppositely arranged in the light sensor so that the optical axes coincide with each other.
