Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make efficient use of a governor free portion, by installing both of a subtracter subtracting a frequency bias signal to a load command signal of each shaft and an adder adding the sum total of the frequency bias signal to the load command signal of the plant as a whole. CONSTITUTION:Bias signals DELTAMW1-DELTAMWn at each shaft to be outputted from each frequency bias circuit 38 are given separately to each of subtracters 30 in each corresponding control system. Also given to an adder 37, the total signal of frequency bias signals DELTAMW1-DELTAMWn is found and inputted into a frequency bias circuit 24. Doing like this, frequency compensation takes place so that a complex plant can be integrally load-controlled by the way of making efficient use of governor free control in time of the system frequency variation.
