PURPOSE: To provide convenience and sensory warm by setting a load such as illumination ON before opening the door of a house or a room.
CONSTITUTION: A locking/unlocking input means 11 detecting the locking/ unlocking condition of a lock 9 is provided, a load drive signal is generated by a control means 13 at detecting unlocking of the lock 9, and the load drive signal is output to a load drive means 12 so as to drive a load 10 such as illumination. Meanwhile at detecting locking of the lock 9 a timer part 14 is started and after a prescribed time the output of the load drive signal is stopped so as to stop drive of the load 10. Hereby, the load 10 is set ON at the same time of unlocking of the lock 9, and when a man enters from the outside to the inside, the load such as illumination inside can be set ON before opening a door. In addition at locking the lock 9, the load 10 such as illumination can be set OFF after a prescribed time, so as to prevent forgetting of putting out.
