Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily return a current that flows to a load when cancelling resetting of filters, to a desired value while effectively utilizing an advantage that the number of interconnections is decreased.SOLUTION: While an external filter reset signal P1 is inactive, upon receiving output from a pulse generation circuit 17, a load drive device 1 resets low-pass filters 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 in a saturated state where capacitive components thereof are charged. When the external filter reset signal P1 becomes active, charging of the low-pass filters 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 is stopped, and charges stored in the capacitive components of the low-pass filters 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 is temporarily discharged by a delay circuit 18. After the lapse of a time constant τ, resetting of the low-pass filters 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 is cancelled and output of a drive signal from the low-pass filters 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 to control terminals of correspondent active elements Q1-1, Q1-2 and Q1-3 is started.
