Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a load heap preparing method for panel products which can prepare a package of ALC(air-bubbled lightweight concrete) panels for architectural use, etc., of various sorts, for example produced at a factory, easily and quickly and without resorting to experience, wherein the appearance of the package should be suitable for shipment by truck.
SOLUTION: A load heap preparing method for panel products includes at least such processes as a volume cutting process to divide panel products to trucks by the reference of volume of panel products for each destination of shipment on the basis of the shipment instruction data, a products classifying process to classify the panel products to be loaded on one truck by the reference of length, a load heap shape deciding process to decide the shape of the load heap and the position for distribution of products in accordance with the length classification, a products selecting process to select the item of products to be incorporated in each load heap, a products distributing position deciding process to decide the position for placing of products while the left-right weight balance of the truck is taken into consideration, and a load heap block-dividing process in which the load heap is divided into load heap blocks in a part requiring insertion of a hoop wood in accordance with the specified package appearance preparing reference.
