To prevent disconnection of a cable for the load presence detection signal while suppressing any increase of an occupied space.
Sprockets 3A, 3B are provided before and behind a fore end fork 31, and sprockets 4A, 4B are provided before and behind an intermediate fork. One end 5A of a chain 5 for detecting the load presence is connected to an oscillating member 34, and stretched over the sprocket 3A and the sprocket 4B. The other end 5B is elastically supported by a front end of a fixed fork 11. On end 6A of a chain 6 for detecting the load presence is connected to an oscillating member 35, and stretched over the sprocket 3B and the sprocket 4A. The other end 6B is elastically supported by a rear end of the fixed fork 11. When the load is loaded on receiving members 32, 33 of the fore end fork 31 (arrows A1 and A2), the other ends 5B, 6B of the chains 5, 6 for detecting the load presence (arrows C1 and C2). The movement is detected by detectors 10, 10 mounted on the fixed fork 11.
