Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current from flowing to a load side circuit when a DC power supply is connected reversely, and to keep current flow even if the positive connection time DC power supply voltage changes from a normal voltage to a low voltage.SOLUTION: A load protection circuit includes a diode D1 having an anode connected with the positive pole B1 of a DC power supply B and the positive pole side electrode L1 of a load L, a resistor R having one end connected with the cathode of the diode D1, a field effect transistor Q having a gate connected with the other end of the resistor, a drain connected with the negative pole B2 of the DC power supply B, and a source connected with the negative pole side electrode L2 of the load L, a transistor T having a base connected between the negative pole of the DC power supply and the drain of the field effect transistor, a collector connected between the gate of the field effect transistor and the cathode of the diode, and an emitter connected between the negative pole side electrode of the load and the source of the field effect transistor, and a power supply resistor PR connected between the joint of the negative pole of the DC power supply and the drain of the field effect transistor and the base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
