Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the load for the process input control by detecting the change amount of A/D value to reduce the floating arithmetic processing having a large computer load and at the same time understanding dynamically the important items by an optium distribution of load. CONSTITUTION:Input points 4 and 5 supplied to a process monitor device 3 are fetched to an A/D value change amount detector 18 and then to a process input/ output arithmetic device 7 only when the difference of input points from the preceding time is larger than (n) digits. These input points are converted into the process engineering value and sent to a process monitor processor 8. The process control amount 6 is calculated and delivered to a plant. While said engineering value is fed to a variable cycle arithmetic device 19 to obtain a variable input cycle needed for fetching for subsequent times. The a cycle change is requested to a load distribution arithmetic processor 11 for cycle change of the point 4. The processor 11 finds out the point 5 having the smallest cycle change out of the plant group having the weakest correlative relation and rewrites these input points to a cycle control table through an input distribution.
