To save labors of assembling work and maintenance work of a moving truck by fixing a fixed frame to a main body of the moving truck by a bolt so that it may be freely attached and detached, attaching a driving means for advancing and retreating a moving frame, and providing a driving means for a picker to the moving frame or the fixed frame.

Fixed frames 15 are fixed on both front and rear sides in the depth direction across a load placing part in a main body of a moving truck. First moving frames 16 are movably mounted on both fixed frames 15, and second moving frames 17 are movably mounted on the first moving frames 16. Pickers 18 to be brought in contact with a load in taking in and out are mounted on both right and left ends of the second moving frames 17 so as to be freely and horizontally rotated. The fixed frames 15, the first and second moving frames 16, 17, a moving frame driving motor 39, pinion gears 30 for transmitting power to the first moving frames 16, and a load taking in and out device such as a picker driving motor are unitized.
