Abstract:
PURPOSE: To maintain VA of a mainwinding constant normally and reduce at least a load loss on a tap by winding the exciting winding for a tap winding around a core stem as well as the tap winding and connecting it in parallel with the main winding.
CONSTITUTION: A main winding 9, 7 and 8 connected in series with a tap winding 6 are wound around a core stem 1. The winding 6 is wound around another 4 different from the stem 1, further a winding for exciting the winding 6 is wound around the core stem 4 as well and connected in parallel with the main winding. Where a tap ratio may be set at 1±P, the VA of the main winding 8 is maintained constant normally to reduce the load loss on the tap.
