PURPOSE: To easily place a long test piece on a table, by tilting a load tester with four legs by a hydraulic jack and putting the test piece on the table through an upper space made by tilting.

CONSTITUTION: Two pins 7 are pulled out. Returning pressure oil is supplied to a hydraulic jack 15 through a hydraulic pump to retract a piston rod to tilt an upper frame 8. A test piece is placed on a table 11 through between legs 5, 5' as the test piece is hung from the hook 19 of a crane and extends vertically. Thrusting pressure oil is then supplied to the hydraulic jack 15 to expand the piston rod to set up the upper frame 8 and connect the bottoms of the legs 5, 5' to clevises 3, 3 by the pins 7. A pressure resistance test is then conducted by the hydraulic jack 10. The long test piece can thus be easily placed on the table.
