Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a load transducer used for electronic scale in which a stable strain gauge with high gauge ratio and good linearity is used, the erroneous wiring between the strain gauge and a logical circuit is eliminated, and a strain detecting circuit is constituted compact.
CONSTITUTION: Of a plurality of metals, at least one metal is ionized, and directly sprayed on a strain body 1 together with the remaining metal, whereby the composition ratio and physical property are controlled to form a thin film 11 consisting of the metals on the strain body 1, and a strain detecting part 12 f'or detecting a strain on the basis of the strain-electric resistance effect by the film is constituted. A single metal or at least one metal of a plurality of metals is ionized, and to directly sprayed onto the strain body 1, whereby the thin film 11 consisting of the single metal or the plurality of metals is formed on the strain body 1, and a logical circuit part 13 is constituted by the film.
