The load transfer mechanism is equipped with a load cell, a load transfer means, and a mounting screw, the load cell is equipped with a surface facing to the load loading direction of the end at the load point side and another surface facing the reverse direction of load-loading direction of the end at the support point side as a mounting face of the load transfer means to fix each of the load transfer means by contacting, the load transfer means is equipped with the convex plane surface contacting the plane surface, except at least two sides extending in the measuring direction of a strain-sensitive section among each mounting face of load transfer means. Since the mounting screw is configured to attach the convex plane surface to the mounting face of load transfer means to hold the mounting face of the load transfer means contacting the convex plane that is a plane independent to deformation of the load cell due to the load, so that deformation of the load cell itself or the load transfer means generated due to the load at the attached part between the load cell and the load transfer means is prevented from affecting the deformation of the original load cell and makes the hysteresis performance improved.
