To provide a loading control device for wheel loader, which enables an operator to perform control of an engine and neutral control of a transmission only by hand operation in loading operation by a wheel loader while concentrating the hand operation, so that even a beginner can easily perform the operation.

The loading control device comprises: an operation lever 14 for a working machine 5; a loading operation switch 20 provided on the operation lever 14; and a controller 10. The controller 10 controls the engine speed, controls the transmission 9 to a neutral state in response to an operation signal from the switch 20, and controls a hydraulic pump which discharges pressure oil for operating the working machine 5 to an operable state. The controller 10 controls the engine speed according to the operating state of the switch 20.
