When a ball screw 85 is given one turn in a positive direction from a state shown in (a), an elevating stage 89 moves up as shown in (b) to support the lowest-end weight 72 for calibration, preventing the gravity of the lowest-end weight 72 for calibration from acting on an arm 3. When the screw 85 is given another turn in the positive direction, the stage 89 and the lowest-end weight 72 for calibration supported by the stage 89 move up as shown in (c), and a weight 72 for calibration second from the bottom is supported on the lowest-end weight 72 for calibration, preventing also the gravity of the weight 72 for calibration second from the bottom from acting on the arm 3.
