Abstract:
PURPOSE: To load a cylindrical body on the prescribed position on a pallet automatically by installing an elevating shaft vertically on a running frame mounted on a running rail and providing a load detection switch for detecting a position of a placing arm connected to its lower part.
CONSTITUTION: A running rail 2 is installed between the upper side of a roller conveyer 27 and the upper side of the carry in position of a pallet 10. A running frame 8 is mounted on the running rail 2 and an elevating shaft 3 is installed elevatably on its central part. A loading arm 1 and the elevating shaft 3 are tied by a pulling spring 26 and at no load time, the loading arm 1 is pulled up upward so that a connection pin 18 can be contacted to the upper end of a long hole 19. A load detection switch 20 detects a interval between the elevating shaft 3 and the loading arm 1 and that a cylindrical body 15 is supported by a pallet 10 when the cylindrical body 15 is lowered on the pallet 10. Thereby, the loading arm 1 can be released at the prescribed position on the pallet 10.
