Abstract:
To provide a loading device for a pile used to measure a load acting on the pile even where the pile is stricken at its inner part.
This loading device 2 for a pile is used to strike a steel pipe pile 1 by its free fall. This device 2 includes a weight part 21 and a measurement part 22 housed therewithin. A measurement value for calculating the bearing capacity of the pile is recorded in the measurement part. The measurement part 22 includes a sensor part 221, a storage part 222 supplying electric power to the sensor part while being caused to store its output therein, and a shock absorbing material 223 disposed around the storage part.
