Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in operation of a loading device by firmly connecting the connection terminal of a storage medium to a terminal electrode.
SOLUTION: The loading device comprises a holder 34 which holds the storage medium 100 having the connection terminals 105, 105 and moves between an insertion-and-ejection position where the storage medium is inserted and ejected and a completion position where loading the storage medium is completed; a chassis 22 which supports the holder with its free movement possible between the insertion-and-ejection position and the completion position; the terminal electrodes 46, 46 which are mounted on the holder and connected to the connection terminal of the storage medium; and a lock lever 42 which locks the holder at the insertion-and-ejection position. Then, the loading device releases the lock of the holder with the lock lever at the insertion-and-ejection position when the connection terminal of the storage medium is connected to the terminal electrode.
