PURPOSE: To minimize the device and make it light in weight by making a guide tray movable backward/forward and making a turn table vertically movable.

CONSTITUTION: A tray moving means is constituted of a rack gear part 1b formed on the bottom of a guide tray 1, and a turn table moving means is constituted of a backward/forward moving member 8 where a slanting groove part 8a, a rack gear part 8b, engaging pins 8c and a recessed part 8d are formed. When the driving power of a loading motor 14 is transferred to each of the above rack gear parts 1b and 8b, the guide tray 1 is caused to move backward and forward between the taking-out position and the taking-in position of a disk 20, and a turn table 11 is caused to move vertically between the clamping position and the clamping release position of the disk 20.
