Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability of a loading oil controller which carries out hatch allotment to a tank lorry having a plurality of hatches by a method wherein a way how to allot a hatch is read out from an indicating means and kind and volume of oil to be loaded in each hatch is informed based on the way.
CONSTITUTION: In the case that an automatic hatch allotment to a tank lorry is carried out, a car number card corresponding to a relevant car is inserted into a card reader/writer 12, and the read car number is sent to a controller 16. Then ordered data in an ordered data storing part of a storing means 15 is read out to display on a display 11, and input of customer indication is waited for. When the customer indication is done by tapping a key board 14, planned shipping data for each car is prepared which includes kind and volume of oil to be loaded now and a customer code corresponding to the car number based on planned shipping data and ordered data. At the same time, the kind and volume of the oil to be loaded and a delivery address are allotted to each hatch in the order of hatch number 1, 2, 3....
