An automatic vending machine management table corresponding to a loading plan preparation target automatic vending machine is retrieved and it is confirmed whether or not a day-of-week fixing flag is added to the table (S150). If no flag is added, a temporary loading plan is prepared and fixed by considering a sales result (S151-154). If the flag is added, since a certain constraint is imposed on loading of the automatic vending machine, a day-of- week fixed plan is prepared by using the automatic vending machine management table (S155). Loading plans of respective automatic vending machine are integrated, they are adjusted in a group (S156-S157), and the loading plan is prepared while interlocking it with a stocktaking plan (S158).
