To provide a load receiving platform lifting device which shortens a transmission path of a collision load.SOLUTION: A load receiving platform lifting device, which can be stored under a load box of a freight vehicle, includes a support base part 4 attached to a frame of the freight vehicle, a slider 8 provided movably forward and backward along the support base part 4, a load receiving platform which can mount a load thereon, a lifting mechanism which supports and lifts the load receiving platform and a restricting member 41 which is provided on the support base part 4 and, when moving the slider 8 to the front side on the freight vehicle upon the storage, is brought into contact with the slider 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
