Abstract:

To provide a loading test method for a building foundation having a pile, a ground improving body and a spread foundation.

This loading test method for the building foundation includes: a first step of providing a foundation concrete slab 26 on the pile 22 constructed in the ground, the ground improving body 24 improving the ground 12, and the ground 12; and a second step of measuring the settlement amount and loaded weight of the foundation concrete slab 26 by adding the loaded weight to the foundation concrete slab 26.
