Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local community media device using a video message, enabling safe and easy communication.SOLUTION: In a server device, a user authentication unit refers to authentication information sent from a use-side terminal and when authenticated to be one of users managed by the server device, a request reception and data acquisition unit receives a video message distribution request, to acquire a video message from a storage device. Then, a data transmission unit transfers video message data to the user-side terminal device. When a user selects that the received video message data is either an individual message or a message to be broadcast, and after sufficient buffering is performed, a video message data set acquisition unit acquires a non-reproduced video message, so that a video message reproduction unit continuously reproduces the video message on a display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
