PURPOSE: To prevent the variable range of an oscillating frequency from being changed by the oscillating output by inserting a diode suppressing a reverse bias of emitter-base of a transistor (TR).
CONSTITUTION: An anode of a diode D2 is connected to an emitter of a TRQ1 and a cathode of a diode D2 is connected to a base of the TRQ1 respectively. The oscillating output is detected and rectified by the diode action between the base and emitter of the TRQ1 itself and a capacitor CF existing between the emitter and ground of the TRQ1 as the oscillating output is increased and then the DC voltage of the emitter rises and the base and emitter are reverse biased, but the potential difference is suppressed to a prescribed value or below in this way. The variable range of the oscillating frequency is unchanged because of the oscillation output by inserting the diode D2 suppressing the reverse bias between the emitter and base in this way.
